KEYS FOR SUCCESSFUL ORDERING:
- One Order Form Per Table please!
- Enter TABLE # (assigned to you by WHCA) upon check-out in the "Booth" Field
- All orders must be submitted by 5:00 PM Friday, April 17, 2026 and are non-refundable

Please note: All orders must be placed by 5pm April 17, 2026. Afterwards, wine will be available for tableside purchase upon entering the Ballroom night of event.
Delivery Requirements
If you do not provide your table number your order cannot be delivered and will be forfeited in full.
- If you do not have your table number at the time of ordering, please email it to DCAWH_BeveragePreSales@hilton.com no later than April 21, 2026
- Only one order may be placed per table per person.
- At checkout, leave the table/booth number field blank unless your assignment is already confirmed.
- Ordered wines will be preset at your table as you enter International Ballroom
Food & Beverage Policies
- Per the hotel’s contractual agreement with the event organizer, and for liability reasons, the hotel is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage.
- Alcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited. By placing an order for delivery, you confirm it is intended for guests 21 years of age or older.
- All pre-orders are non-refundable.
- A 26% service charge/gratuity and 10% local tax is automatically applied to all food and beverage pre-orders.
