Important Ordering Information

KEYS FOR SUCCESSFUL ORDERING:

  • One Order Form Per Table please!
  • Enter TABLE # (assigned to you by WHCA) upon check-out in the "Booth" Field
  • All orders must be submitted by 5:00 PM Thursday, April 23, 2026 and are non-refundable
  • Wine menu is listed below as a reference

Order Deadlines

Please note: Orders submitted after the Early Bird deadline will incur a 10% increase. Final online ordering and onsite ordering deadlines vary by event date.
Early Bird Pricing Ends Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this deadline will incur a 10% increase.
Final Online Pre-Orders Close Monday, January 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM. After this time, onsite pre-orders will begin via QR code, available in the Lobby.
Friday, January 30 Event Onsite pre-orders close Thursday, January 29 at 12:00 PM. Onsite ordering will be available again during the event with limited menu options.
Saturday, January 31 Event Onsite pre-orders close Friday, January 30 at 12:00 PM. Onsite ordering will be available again during the event with limited menu options.

Delivery Requirements

If you do not provide your table number your order cannot be delivered and will be forfeited in full.
  • If you do not have your table number at the time of ordering, please email it to DCAWH_BeveragePreSales@hilton.com upon receipt.
  • Only one order may be placed per table per person.
  • At checkout, leave the table/booth number field blank unless your assignment is already confirmed.

Food & Beverage Policies

  • Per the hotel’s contractual agreement with the event organizer, and for liability reasons, the hotel is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage.
  • Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited. Items such as logo-branded bottled water or pre-packaged snacks are not permitted.
  • Requests for exceptions must be submitted by email to DCAWH_BeveragePreSales@hilton.com at least 14 days in advance.
  • If approved, corkage fees and service charges will apply.
  • Guests attempting to bring outside food and/or beverages into the event will be charged a corkage fee before entry is permitted.
  • Alcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited. By placing an order for delivery, you confirm it is intended for guests 21 years of age or older.
  • All pre-orders are non-refundable.
  • A 26% service charge/gratuity is automatically applied to all food and beverage pre-orders.

To order wines, please select "Beverage" from the left-hand menu to access the wine list by category.
Complimentary Table Wines: During dinner, each table is served with (2) bottles of Line 39 Sauvignon Blanc, California and (2) bottles of Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon by Caymus, California. No substitutions.
